Photo and Media Explanation
Public marketing and private family sharing are separate activities with separate consent.
Public website photos
Facility photographs on this website show the real Mini Marvels environment. They are not presented as records of enrolled children.
Private family media
Portal media is intended to be private by default, stored in non-public locations, re-encoded to remove metadata, served through short-lived authorized access, and audited when uploaded, viewed, changed, or deleted.
Separate consent
Permission to share media privately with an authorized family must not be treated as permission to use it for public marketing. Public use requires separate, explicit consent that can be recorded and withdrawn.
Safety
Uploads should be validated, assigned generated filenames, scanned or handled under a documented alternative, and limited by file type and size. Email notifications should not contain sensitive images or details.
