Who is responsible
Mini Marvels Learning Center Ltd. is the legal entity associated with Mini Marvels Learning Center. Privacy questions may be sent to info@mini-marvels.ca or raised through the privacy complaint process.
Public website information
The public staging website does not collect tour or waitlist submissions. Do not send medical information, PHN, custody documents, payment details, or sensitive records through this website.
Private platform information
After authenticated onboarding, the portal may process information needed for child care operations, family relationships, attendance, daily reports, learning stories, approved private media, documents, consent, messages, emergency contacts, authorized pickup, and legitimate care instructions. Access is intended to be restricted by role and family relationship.
Purposes and consent
Information should be collected for identified purposes, with required and optional consent kept separate. Internal family sharing consent must remain separate from public marketing consent.
Service providers and location
Before launch, Mini Marvels must document providers for hosting, database, storage, email, backups, logs, and monitoring, including where data is processed. A Canadian region is preferred where practical but does not replace proper safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Records should follow a documented retention schedule, legal holds, secure deletion steps, and review dates. Backups and exports must be included in deletion planning.
Access and correction
Individuals may use the data access and correction process. Identity must be verified before records are disclosed or changed.
Security and incidents
The platform is designed for server-side authorization, private storage, secure sessions, MFA for privileged users, audit events, backups, monitoring, and incident response. No system can promise zero risk.
